Please fill out an application online and we will get back to you within 24 hours with all your group needs and questions.
Be sure to arrive 10 min. prior to your appointment time to fill out medical history and information. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and we will try to accommodate so you can enjoy all of the time that was scheduled. However, this may not always be possible and you will be responsible for payment for the entire service that was scheduled.
Silence your cell phones
Please remember to silence your cell phones before enjoying your time here at Sun Mountain Spa.
Please make sure to leave all your valuables at home. Sun Mountain Spa is not responsible for any lost jewelry or personal belongings left behind.
Sun Mountain Spa is a Family Spa and No sexual insinuation or advances will be tolerated. Upon such advances, treatment will be terminated and person will be escorted out of premises. Any Hostile retaliation will be dealt with through proper law enforcement.
Facility fee and Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation please call 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Same day cancellations will be charged a 50%.
No Shows will be charged 100% of their services.
$3.00 facility fee will be added per guest per day.
What should I wear for my spa treatments?
Please dress in comfortable clothing. If receiving a pedicure treatment make sure to bring along flip-flops or easy to slip on sandals so your polish doesn’t get ruined.
Do I shave before my treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least two hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments, hair removal services and pedicure treatments.
