How Can I Make a Reservation?
Reservations can be made by calling 608-253-2244 or booking online. We encourage you to reserve treatments at least one week in advance. Same-day service is possible if we have openings available.
Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill out medical history and information. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and we will try to make arrangements so you can enjoy all the scheduled time. However, this may not always be possible and you will be responsible for payment for the entire service that was scheduled.
Silence Your Cellphones
Please remember to silence your cellphones before enjoying your time at Sun Mountain Spa.
Please make sure to leave all of your valuables at home. Sun Mountain Spa is not responsible for any lost jewelry or personal belongings left behind.
Please fill out an application with all your group needs and questions, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Facility Fee and Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the services availed.
Sun Mountain Spa is a family spa and no sexual insinuation or advances will be tolerated. Upon such advances, treatment will be terminated and the person responsible will be escorted off the premises. Any retaliation will be dealt with through proper law enforcement.
Should I Shave Before My Treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least two hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments, hair removal services, and pedicure treatments.
What Should I Wear for My
Please dress in comfortable clothing. If receiving a pedicure treatment, make sure to bring along flip-flops or easy-to-slip-on sandals so your polish doesn’t get ruined and has enough dry time.
